I've had to re-think my diet strategy because by eating 1350 calories a day, I just wasn't losing any weight. I've had a few weeks of testing things out and have finally settled on a weekday calorie intake of 1000 and 1250 calories for the weekend.
I tried and tested this over the past week (which would be week 3 of my diet) and lost 2 lbs. The week before I floated between putting on one pound and maintaining my weight.
I put it down to the following factors:
1. I'm the wrong side of 40
2. I'm 5 foot 1 inches tall
3. I have a...erm...sedentary lifestyle
So I am starting my diary again at Week 3:
Week Three -weight loss = 2 lbs
Total weight loss so far = 3 lbs
Weight = 10 st 7 lbs
