Weekly weigh in - week one

I am happy to announce that after week one I have lost 1lb.  Ok a small amount, but on friday it was my daughter's 17th birthday and I made chocolate cake.  I also ate chocolate cake.

A big pat on the back for me for still losing weight.  I am motivated to continue my 1350 calories a day diet for next week.

Week one - weight loss = 1 lb

Total weight loss so far = 1 lb

Weight = 10 st 9 lb
